Paige Warbrick

Lehigh University’s Center for Developing Urban Educational Leaders
Paige is a Community Fellow at Lehigh University’s Center for Developing Urban Educational Leaders (CDUEL), where her role is two‐fold. Paige is helping to facilitate a $3 million grant CDUEL received to strengthen current principal leadership in the Allentown School District, which includes the recruitment and training of aspiring urban principals for the district. Paige assists CDUEL in fostering collaboration between the grant’s five partner organizations, developing selection and recruitment criteria for aspiring leaders, and researching and employing turnaround leadership practices. Paige also works in the Family Center at Broughal Middle School, a Community School where Lehigh serves as the lead partner under the guidance of CDUEL. Here Paige tracks data for after‐school programming, is assisting in the development of a tutor training program and will be working to establish a Parent Academy for adult programs within the Community School. Paige is a M.A. candidate in Political Science.
